Today’s the first day for Barrielicious.
58 restaurants, across the region, are offering specially priced menu items.
Organizer Ryan Traversy says it started out as a way to garner new business over the slow winter period.
“That is the main reason we started Barrielicious – for all the independent guys to pool their money and do this massive ad campaign to get butts in seats over two and a half weeks.”
Traversy says many restaurants see a lot of repeat business after the campaign ends in February.
