We all know how important it is to take care of yourself, so that your best self is taking care of your family. But it can be so hard to find the time! For example, I come into work early and I leave early, but I also have to pick up my pre-schooler and then drive half an hour to pick up my older kids when school gets out. And make dinner. And do extra curriculars. And make lunches. And take an hour to myself before I pass out and wake up to do it all again. I’m looking at my days carefully, trying to figure out how to get in some sort of workout. THIS ARTICLE has some great ideas that actually seem do-able.
