A man who pleaded guilty in a crash that killed three children and their grandfather in Vaughan, last September, has been granted one-million dollars bail.
Twenty-nine-year-old Marco Muzzo pleaded guilty today to four counts of impaired driving causing death and two of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
Jennifer Neville-Lake — the mother of the three children — calls the decision to grant Muzzo bail, unfortunate.
She referred to him for the first time today as a “drunk driver” saying ” a drunk driver killed my family”
She says her life is completely shattered.
Muzzo’s lawyer, Brian Greenspan balks at the suggestion his client got special treatment by getting bail.
He says that’s standard procedure.
