Director of Marketing, Destiny Bedwell, says the lines are answered 24/ 7.
They can direct people to the right location for issues like health, finances, food banks and housing.
They have 60 thousand services and organizations in the data base.
The OPP are working with the non profit group to raise awareness in hopes of cutting down on non emergency calls going to 911 and taking up valuable time.
You call 911 only in the case of a life threatening emergency or crime in progress.
