We’re always hearing about foods we shouldn’t eat… and usually they’re ones you might really enjoy… well, now comes the news that eating chocolate regularly ‘improves brain function’. Sure, it’s not as healthy as the apple there but still….
A new study found that eating chocolate regularly could even “protect against normal age-related cognitive decline”.
Now before you decide to sit down to an all chocolate bar meal, doctors are quick to point out that this, along with everything else should be done in moderation because chocolate is still fattening.
