Different parts of the world have their own unique foods – and that is also true in Canada – with some foods only available in certain provinces.
If you’re from Newfoundland, you’d know how important mustard pickles are there.
If you’ve never had them, they are what the name suggests – pickles in mustard – along with spices. They’ve got a zesty, sweet, salty flavour.
But, there’s bad news.
Smuckers – the company that puts out mustard pickles under the label names of Zest and Habitant – has decided to discontinue making them.
