There’s a Japanese food stylist who has introduced cakes made from salads.
Yes, they LOOK like cakes – but they’re actually made with vegetables sandwiched between a soybean-flour sponge and covered in a tofu or cream cheese frosting blended with vegetables for natural coloring.
They look soooo tasty – and they’re very good for you – they have pretty much no sugar and contain lots of fibre.
By the way, a slice of salad cake goes for about 7 bucks.
