ok, ok, I know… there’s been soooo much talk about Ketchup lately…but hopefully, you can handle a little bit more…
Now, you already know how Heinz stopped making their ketchup in Canada – and that French’s took over the plant and now boasts ‘Made In Canada” ketchup.
Well, there’s a new “Made In Canada” ketchup that wants your attention.
Primo’s “100% Canadian” ketchup. The company claims its made entirely of Canadian tomatoes (also from Leamington), Canadian labour, Canadian packaging and is also owned by Canadians. That actually sets it apart from French’s, which is a U.S. company (it also bottles its product in Ohio).
Primo says that they directly support Canadian Farmers, Canadian Producers & the Canadian Economy.
So, what brand of ketchup will YOU be buying?
