A court of appeal has ruled against a woman who spent 2 decades saying she owned a piece of her neighbor’s property.
Angelina Bailey must now pay $282 ,000 in legal costs to the neighbor’s estate.
The dispute started when she bought property in Tiny Township and claimed that a piece of adjacent property belonged to her also.
The neighbor passed away last July.
The court found that Bailey acted unreasonably in pushing her claim despite evidence showing that she knew she was wrong.
