I never leave home without my bowl of Multigrain Cheerios and Skim Milk but it looks like I may be stuck in the past. I was having a chat with some co-workers about what we eat for breakfast( as we chowed down on Timbits) and they seemed surprised that I still ate cereal. I guess with gluten and wheat allergies being at the forefront of food issues…a lot of people have stopped eating it.
Turns out…they were right. General Mills has reported a 1% dip in cereal sales and it’s a problem that other cereal companies are reporting too. They haven’t given up though…here’s how they plan to bring cereal back into breakfast fashion…TD
