Kelly Rippa and Jim Parsons tried Meat Popsicles on LIVE and their reaction was….well…expected. In the interest of full disclosure, Popsicles or Ice Pops are basically my favorite food. Meat is a close second, but they should NEVER be combined.
In what can only be described as the latest craze among Cross fitters, yogis, vegans and raw foodies, Springbone Kitchen in NYC is selling this $4 popsicle made from beef broth. Restaurant owner, Jordan Feldman told the New York Post
“It’s a little bit sweet,” it also has some coconut milk, pomegranate juice, raspberry puree and a touch of maple sugar. Feldman, who previously worked in real estate development, swears you don’t even taste the meat.
