Your everyday routine is completely thrown off thanks to holiday parties, more time off and last minute Christmas shopping so you might exercise less and eat
a little a lot more. So when you diet before the holidays you lose a little bit of weight, you look great in photos and then when Christmas comes you literally eat everything in sight.
The survey also found the unhealthy food we’re really looking forward to having during the holidays is alcohol.
