This is NOT okay…
People are actually re-selling tickets for Ariana Grande’s “One Love Manchester” concert and at a higher price.
Tickets for this benefit concert went on sale this morning and each ticket cost £40 ($69 CAN). There was also a large amount of tickets reserved for those fans who attended Ariana’s first concert at the Manchester Arena, but tickets sold out in 6 minutes with some tickets being resold elsewhere for hundreds of dollars.
One person on Twitter spotted tickets for the concert being sold for £400 ($696 CAN).
Another person online spotted some tickets being sold for even more, £600 (1044 CAN).
Ticketmaster announced they have cancelled any tickets being resold online on their site and eBay released a statement that said they don’t allow tickets for a charity to be re-sold on their site.
The ‘One Love Manchester’ benefit concert takes place this Sunday with performances from Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry. Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Usher, Niall Horan and more. Hopefully they raise a lot of money for the victims and families who were affected by the horrible terror attack.
