Heavy rain has caused some major flooding in many areas in our region.
St. James Catholic School near Tottenham will be closed for the remainder of the school year – relocation arrangements are being made for students.
The majority of the school facility including the office, gymnasium, library and one wing of classrooms sustained significant flooding.
Students will not attend class on Monday, June 26th.
Beginning on Tuesday, June 27th students and staff will be relocated to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School in Tottenham. Transportation will be provided for students to attend school at this temporary location.

Staff will take time over the next week and throughout he summer to assess and repair damage and complete a thorough cleaning.
