The wreckage of a small plane that crashed in a lake near Orillia has been pulled out of the water and brought to shore.
The plane crashed into Lake St. John on Wednesday and two men were sent to hospital with serious injuries.
One of the two men injured is a 25-year veteran firefighter and flying instructor with Ramara Township.
The Transportation Safety Board says he was flying with a student at the time. They’re waiting until the instructor has recovered more before they talk to him.
