Barrie Police received a call about a single vehicle crash Thursday morning around Anne Street North and Shelley Lane.
Police arrived to the scene and found a bumper with a licence plate attached. Officers located a car without a bumper on Scott Crescent.
A woman who was walking her dog was questioned. She said the car was her friend’s and she didn’t have any information.
It turns out she WAS the driver and the 20 year old Barrie woman was changed.
